El Cajón del Maipo

This shot was taken right before we found out we were going to swim in that arroyo down there. El Cajón del Maipo in San Alfonso was incredible. The land had so much diversity: the higher up we went we began to see more cacti and fewer trees, but we still passed streams like this one. Thanks to our awesome guide, Pablo, we got to experience the whole of the land and even try lots of fruits found in the mountains. It was definitely the first of many highlights of the trip.
